Hi support team,

after update to 5.7.1 my "homepage" is no longer displayed in full width. All other pages are displayed correctly. Cannot find the reason. Help is needed.

Warm regards Bernhard

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best Regards,

Issues comes from this plugin.

Hello Ziaul,

thanks for your help. I have found the solution. There was a new version of the plugin. In this you can now say which single parts you can allow or disallow. Have a look if you are interested ;-).

But for me it is a strange behaviour of this paid plugin not to be updated by the developer within joomla automaticly. Will try to contact him.

Again many thanks for your help - Bernhard

Hello Ziaul, It's me again. After you solved the "homepage" problem, a new one has arisen. Only the pages created with SP Page Builder have the correct screen width. All the others are now much too wide. The plugin you mentioned is not activated. Could you please check again why? Your login and password are still enabled. (Three sides are created with SP Page Builder)

Warm regards - Bernhard
