Hello JoomShaper Team & Community,
I’m in the process of migrating from the T4 template to the Helix Ultimate framework/template. I made this switch with high expectations from JoomShaper, especially after subscribing to the Personal Plan to support my efforts.
However, after installation, I encountered the following error:
"Default Layout file is not exists! Please go to the template manager and create a new layout first."
I’ve come across several forum threads discussing this issue, but unfortunately, none of them provide a working or verified solution.
Could someone please share:
What exactly you did to fix this error, and
The correct steps or measures needed so others facing the same problem can benefit?
Looking forward to a proper resolution from the community or support team.
