I'm trying to update a template and I get the following

Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&product=template&id=175&sub=2.

I have the key and email correct in the config area.

Is there anywhere else I need to enter the information.
