SP Pagebulder Pro, But Still Get Promted To Buy

I have an active subscription to Page Builder Pro, but when I try to use Library items I stil get promted to buy Pro. Can you remove this limitation?

Hi all! Problem is solved. We recently shifted from Page Builder Pro to Easystore Pro. Both subscription were active, so I didn't notice I used the license code from Page Builder Pro. I saw Toufiq disabled Pagebuilder Pro subscription, so I actively changed the license code in Joomla and now it works. It was simply a mix-up. Terribly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you very much for your patience.

Good morning I also get that sometimes. My quickest solution: delete all cache and cookies from browser and restart the website. Then it works all just fine.

In that case, it may be a server cache. Maybe tomorrow will be OK, if you cannot delete cache in cPanel.

Hopefully whole rest from PRO works.

Have you tried another browser? I have FireFox which deletes all history and cookies everytime I close it. When I have troubles like this, I open in FF, and it works like a charm.

ps: I tried your contactform to get in touch, I'm Belgian ;)
