Rename Template "nestfund"

Good afternoon.
For a new site, I wanted to give it a try, to rename the template. So I followed the steps in this article: [How to Rename Helix Ultimate Template] (https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_documentation&view=item&id=239:helix-ultimate-2&doc=2580:how-to-rename-helix-ultimate-template&catid=19:helix-framework&Itemid=2408) The steps are all clear, and the rename-process is very easy. When all done, I zipped it again, and ready for installation.
For security, as written for J3, but I also do for J5, I uninstalled the previous installed templates (except Cassiopea)
Installing goes well... but then...
If you look back at the website, for some reasons parts of the template are gone. I lost the logo, the menu, and so on. Going in to the pages 1 by 1 and activate it, is not that hard, but it's still a lot of work that shouldn't be done.
But when I go to the template settings in Helix, I get this... (see screenshot) It seems like a lot of code has 'crashed' https://imgur.com/a/kygW6tk
Any idea how to fix this? I installed today the new update of SPPB v5.7.2, but has no influence.

Accepted AnswerBackup is made, although it took long time. When trying to restore with "kickstart", I get this error:
An error occurred Invalid header in archive file, part 0, offset 4. Please make sure to download and upload backup archive files using SFTP, or FTP in Binary transfer mode and do check that their file size matches the sizes reported in the Manage Backups page of Akeeba Backup / Akeeba Solo.

all of a sudden the line that was under the menu-items, is now above it.
it seems like if 1 thing is fixed, another problem occurs.....

Accepted AnswerTrying a second backup I only wander what happened. Before my backup was 78mb, now it is 160mb It almost doubled in size, without doing anything
-> edit: ok, when site was unpacked, saw that there was an extra backup included.

Accepted AnswerI just installed another blanco installation from Joomla 5.3.3 and tried to rename the Maxora template. I get the same errors as the Nestfund.
maybe I'm renaming something extra wrong, I don't know
