I updated Joomla to 5.3.2 yesterday. Today, I edited Helix Ultimate custom CSS and saved the changes. Thereafter, the Educon 2 header stopped showing, and its code is not included in the source code.

Hello Riku Lahteenmaki,

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with the Educon 2 header after the Joomla update.

Please ensure you have the latest version of the Helix Ultimate plugin installed. After that, navigate to the Basic > Header section and select your desired predefined header, as outlined in our documentation: Documentation

If this doesn't solve the issue, please reach out and I'll look into it more deeply.

Best regards

Hi Atick,

Thanks for the quick response. Yes I have updated the Helix Ultimate to 2.1.3, but that alone did not solve the issue.

Indeed, the 'Predefined Header' setting had been nullified after saving Custom code changes in Helix, and now after re-activating the setting the header is showing again.

But the Megamenu font CSS settings have been lost. These lines should be included after the Helix Ultimate Custom CSS code lines in the head part of the page source code:

<style>.sp-megamenu-parent > li > a, .sp-megamenu-parent > li > span, .sp-megamenu-parent .sp-dropdown li.sp-menu-item > a{font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;font-weight: 500;text-decoration: none;text-align: left;} </style> <style>.menu.nav-pills > li > a, .menu.nav-pills > li > span, .menu.nav-pills .sp-dropdown li.sp-menu-item > a{font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;font-weight: 500;text-decoration: none;text-align: left;}</style>

But they have disappeared.

However, I could restore the previous font formattings by placing the above code in the Helix Ultimate Custom CSS section.

Hi Atick,

Sorry, I cannot grant the admin login, but your previous answer was enough to solve the main issue of the lost header panel.
