Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. To address the burger menu issue, please add the following CSS code to your Template Options under Custom Code, in the Custom CSS section:

.burger-icon {width: 25px;cursor: pointer;}
.burger-icon > span {display: block; height: 3px; background-color: #eee; margin: 4px 0;}
#sp-header #offcanvas-toggler {align-items: center;}
