Problem With Update

Hello, I have a website and I use Joomla version 5.3.2. Unfortunately, I am experiencing an issue with SP PAGE BUILDER. I am using version 5.7.0, but if I update it even to version 5.7.1, it overwrites either the template or the fonts or the font settings in the CSS; I am not sure exactly, but in any case, I end up with the wrong fonts. Do you have a solution?

Hello Atick, thank you in advance for your help.

In the meantime our webdesigner should have sent you the temporary login credentials. Please be aware that we have two separate homepages, one in italian, the other in german, so probably the problem with the fonts will persist in both of them.

I take the opportunity to discuss another problem with you: on the italian homepage there is no way to pubblish the video with "VIMEO" (for the moment I have hidden it, you can see it with Youtube). It's a strange thing because in the german version it works properly.

PS. A full backup of both sites have been done 5 minutes ago.

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. It appears your SP Page Builder is missing a Google API key. Please update SP Page Builder to the latest version, then add your Google Fonts API key and install your desired Google fonts.

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. It appears the iubenda Cookie Solution prnt.sc/hBatkAwNg-ol plugin might be preventing Vimeo from loading. I recommend contacting the plugin author for a solution. You can temporarily disable the plugin to confirm if that's the cause.
