SP Page Builder Installation Error

After purchasing SP Page Builder Pro to use on my Joomla! ver. 5.3.2 site, I downloaded "com_sppagebuilder_pro_v5.7.2.zip" and attempted to install the package. The failed attempt message says: "Error Unexpected token '<', "... is not valid JSON" ". Please advise as I need to get this up and running.

I have just attempted the installation again and recieved the message: "Unable to detect manifest file."

Also, when trying to create a new SP Page Builder module, I get: "An error has occurred. 0 Failed opening required '/home/customer/www/rhi1889.com/public_html/administrator/components/com_accordeonmenuck/helpers/ckfof.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php82/pear')"
