EasyStore For B2B Business

Hi, I am considering to set up an EasyStore website for my B2B customers in the European Union and Worldwide. Due to legal regulations, I have to ensure that no consumers will be able to order from the site. Many other B2B shop solutions provide a barrier which blocks consumers easily by asking in an out-in check-box that the customer is a B2B customer and they offer a field for the VAT ID as mandatory in sales to B2B customers within the European Union. I read the description of EasyStore but did not find the answer to this requirement. Can you help me please?

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can set a mandatory VAT ID field on the checkout page. To do this, please navigate to EasyStore > Settings > Checkout, where you'll find the relevant option. Regarding the confirmation box, you can enable the "Show terms and conditions" setting on the same page.

Maybe you already came across GAMBIO.
Another question is whether there is any import function for customer data and/or articles so that a transition from shops running in GAMBIO to EasyStore could be more easily achieved by at least transferring data.
