Template 2 months ago

Good morning, I previously purchased the Finion template; now, when switching from Joomla 4 to Joomla 5, I am experiencing problems with this template and some pages are not displaying. I was advised to update to the latest version, but I see that in order to update, I would have to purchase the template again. Are there any alternatives?del sito

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

In this path these two folder create this issues, I just rename them and issues fixed, If you need them then you need to use them by fixing issues.

Files path:

JRoot/Modules/mod_ol_articleshow
JRoot/Modules/mod_ol_newspost

But if I rename the folders, is there any risk of losing all the articles published over the years? I don't want to lose them, but rather recover them.

In that case, You may take a backup of your site then you can test it, But renaming the modules files may not delete your data.

Thanks

It's too complex and there are too many changes that I, not being a technician, am unable to make. I'm thinking of restoring the site to Joomla 4, but if I go back to Joomla 4, will I have problems again with your extensions when switching to Joomla 5?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. As I mentioned earlier, I have already renamed these files. Please check your site and let me know if any articles are missing. If so, I will re-enable them and perform a thorough check to resolve the previous issues.

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify and view the articles because the pages through which they can be accessed return error messages: https://www.volontaricdb.org/index.php/area-riservata-cdb https://www.volontaricdb.org/index.php/risorse/cdb-news https://www.volontaricdb.org/index.php/risorse/cdbnews
