Upgrade Does Not Offer Adding License

Installed the free version and then installed the pro version but it does not give me a place to input my license details. What did I do wrong, or can you not install the pro over the free version?

Hi Kevin,

in most cases it's just a browser or joomla cache, nothing more.

Please read 1st guide > https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/troubleshooting

Then go to SPPB Settings again. Use 2nd browser (if you have Chrome) to be sure.

Thanks Paul, you are spot on. I did dump the website cache but apparently the browser cache was the issue.
