PayPal Webhook Error

Hi I am getting this error JoomShaper\Plugin\EasyStore\Paypal\Utils\PaypalApi::getAccessToken(): Return value must be of type string, null returned And the Production Webhookn ID field is not filled. When I press the create webhook url button in the PayPal payment setup. Can you help? Thank you

Accepted AnswerHi Atick, thanaks for the help I will ask my client to double check her keys and setup. I have just updated and now when I go to settings I get this error:
