EasyStore Error During Checkout With PayPal

I am having an issue with EasyStore during checkout with PayPal.
JoomShaper\Plugin\EasyStore\Paypal\Utils\PaypalApi::getAccessToken(): Return value must be of type string, null returned
It appears when you fill out the information and click the "pay Now" button
I have checked the keys from PayPal and the Mod Security at the server level

Accepted AnswerWeird I went to get webhook settings and it was blank. Went to generate a new one and I get this error

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with the PayPal checkout. It seems the webhook ID you've entered isn't valid. Please note that the webhook should be an ID, not a URL.
