Anchor Button Problem Not Working

Hello, On a page created with SP Page Builder, I integrated buttons with anchors at the top of the page, which are located on the same page. I correctly entered #cine-concert on one of the buttons, and on the section (same name), I correctly entered the contact ID, but when I click on the button, it doesn't work. I searched on the forum and found nothing. Thank you for your help. Jack

That’s why I told you earlier to provide me with super admin access. I thought you had stopped my permission to view the admin panel. I didn't anything on backend.
