I tested also the back-end editor (link below) I was able to add addons from the list.

Maybe it's typical issue - browser cache, hmmm?? Please use 2nd/alternative browser or Incognito mode (from your default browser) and recheck editor. If two different persons were able to add addons on your site...

it is still not working. To clarify, i did try to go incognitio. The addons are working but the elements are not populating. I just get an empty elements area with a "no section" message.

I tested I was able to use addons.

I just tested and not is working. Again, it was not the addons, it was the elements. but they are populating now. thank you!

Addons are also in "Add Elements" section.

About "Section Library" - sometimes you have to use FTP tool, and remove all files from that folder: administrator\cache. It helps.
