  1. Create a new menu item.
  2. Add the title.
  3. Select menu type SP Page Builder -> Page
  4. Select a page.

Hello Hammond Burke,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with SP Page Builder.

To help me investigate, could you please provide temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to thoroughly examine the issue and find a solution.

Before you share the credentials, I highly recommend creating a full backup of your site to ensure data security.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

I created another ticket but don't see it. Also, when installing the latest version, the SP Page Builder component is missing from the Admin menu. See screenshot. ![https://youarelovedministry.org/images/admin-menu.jpg]

Hello Hammond,

Apologies for the delayed response due to the weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

I've reviewed the backup, and it appears the issue isn't related to SP Page Builder. Your Joomla installation seems to be encountering problems. It's not adding new extensions and is displaying a "Fatal error" I've also found files in your site files that don't belong to a standard Joomla installation. Additionally, your database contains tables with two different prefixes, which is incorrect.

If you have a working backup that functioned correctly, please share it with me.

Best regards
