Hello,

I use JOOMLA 5X, Pagebuilder 6X, and am having a problem with the button in the feature box. As soon as I enter a link here, my page goes offline. According to the debugger, there is a problem with the feature box (button) and the educon template. I would appreciate your help in fixing this problem. Kind regards regine

Hello regine,

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the Feature Box button and the Educon template.

To resolve the issue of the modules not pointing to the correct pages, please replace the directory located here:

JRoot/templates/shaper_educon/sppagebuilder/addons/feature

with the folder provided in the hidden content.

This replacement should fix the problem. If this doesn't solve the issue, please reach out and I'll look into it more deeply. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hope this helps!

Best regards

Hello, unfortunately that didn't work. I moved the two files to the appropriate folder on the server, but then the page couldn't be accessed and I got an encoding error. Only after I cleared the cache was the page accessible again, but then the error reappeared just once more.

Content encoding error The website you are trying to open cannot be displayed because it uses an invalid or unknown form of compression. Please contact the website owner to inform them of this problem. I kindly request assistance. Best regards. Regine

Hello, Your changes - these two new files - cause a content encoding error in the front end of the website when loading a page for the second time (tested with the home page).

This is the same result as when we tried to replace the files. Best regards
