Section Library is Not Available With Active License.

I'm experiencing the same issue—Section Library is not available.
Something seems wrong with the current version (6.0.0). I just updated another website and started having the same problem.
Please help ASAP. I need to make some updates for my clients.
the feature only functions* with an expired license. After updating to the current active license, it ceased to work.
When I say functions, I mean, I can see the blocks. Obviously and I can not used it, because the license is expired.
How can I send you the new credencials?
