Update Joomla 3.9.27

Hello, I have updated to joomla 3.9.27. Apparently it is not compatible with Helix and the SPBuilder.
The joomla menu does not work either..
I will go back to 3.9.26 who everything was fine ..

I will restore it in 3.9.26 at 1 p.m.

Fixter seems to be having an issue with the 3.9.27 update. I rolled my Fixter site back to 3.9.26 as well, which seemed to take care of the issue (mine was primarily the footer color went to an ugly gray).
