Issues fixed, Please, delete your cache files from here, before delete take your site backup.

JRoot/cache/com_templates/templates/shaper_onepage/

Then check from browser incognito mode.

I deleted the cache files, check on incognito mode but the anchors still don't work. Nothing happens when I click on the links of the offcanvas menu

You need to delete this files from your cpanel file manager.

Deleting the files by FTP or directly in the file manager doesn't change anything. The anchors still don't work
