Menu Disappeared After Uploading An Image

Hi there

I installed the Finion template with Quickstart Joomla 5. No problems there. However, when I wanted to customize the header and menu, the entire menu and header disappeared. I uploaded a new logo and then it disappeared. I can't get it to reappear. Can you help me?

I have updated your Helix Ultimate system plugin, then turned on and selected the predefined header.
