EasyStore - Credentialing Problem

I get an error when attempting to authenticate my installation of EasyStore. WHen I cut and paste the proper credentials into the License and Update tab of EasyStore it returns the error "Please enter a valid license key and email address to use EasyStore." They are the correct credentials - they are the same as the ones I used for authenticating PageBuilder.

I too am having the same issue. And the result is i cant open the details to orders so i cant fill them. multiple sites having this issue as well. my customers also report many connection issues with updating anything from joomshaper in the extensions manager.

please help
