Hello, Thanks for your reply. I've installed the Shaper_resort template and am configuring the "SP Booking" module, which I find very convenient, but I'm not yet familiar with it. The various text instructions remain in "English," and I'd like the primary language to be Italian. I'll later add German and English for the entire site.
