I can't get my mobile menu to work. It displays but when I click it it does nothing.

Hi,

Still facing issue while trying to login to your backend. However, it seems the old jquery compatibility code snippet conflicting with your site somehow. If you comment out the indicated lines and clear the Joomla cache, then your issue might be solved. Please check the screenshot:

Please Rashida, can you determine what the issue is. The mobile button does nothing. I click it and the menu does not pop out. It literally does nothing. Please help!

I am sorry. The traditional way of logging in /administor does not work. It gives me: An error has occurred. 403 access denied, Return to Control Panel. I use https://manage.mysites.guru which is a software application that needs to be installed. Do you have any idea what I can do to assist you?
