In that case, there is a bug in the installer of SP Page Builder Pro. During the installation the tbales in the postscripts db are not created.

in administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/sql/install/ is only the directory mysql, no psql. Install script for postscript DB is missing.

Installed it and tried to open Pagebuilder Settings. Error: 0 No columns found for #__sppagebuilder table

This means the Database SQL of the Installation wasn't running.

in /var/www/joomla/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/sql/install/ the only database is mysql no postgresql is available ????

I am sorry to say that Postgresql DB is not supported. Only MariaDB and MySQL DB is supported. That's why you have these errors. Could you please check the technical requirements again from there and change the database please? It will fix your issue.
