Page Layout Template Will Not Import

I am trying to import a page layout offered in Page Builder into a page, but it tells me in a red error message "something wrong there" and won't load. I am running most recent version of Page Builder Pro and am using PHP 8.3. I have also cleared my browser cache twice. Please help. Thanks
PS: I have also entered my Licence Key in the Settings

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. Please ensure you've entered the email address associated with your JoomShaper account in the SP Page Builder settings, rather than your username.
