Problems With The Offcanvas Menue At Mobile Device

hi there,

Ariba adviced me to post my problem here, i have build a webpage and have a submenu with serveral submenu links - at any desktop device the menue works fine - but if you are trying to do the same with a mobile device then the offcanvas menu will give me some ??? because by clicking at the plus sign without clicking the link befoce it won't expand the menu. if a click the link and afterwards click the menue plus sign button, the menue will expand normally. may can give it a try at my page at https://tcrum.at/ --> with mobile device try to get the submenue at "Verein" expanded without clicking the link before... you'll only get the minus sign but no menue points listed below.

May you can give me some help to fix this problem - or if it's a generally bug send us a bugfix for this problem. my customers are getting sad by this feature because they are using mostly mobile devices to get in touch with our tennis club.

In the Offcanvas menu, kindly check the following settings in accordance to the screenshot provided. If it does not help and the problem still persists, please provide me your administrative access. use the hidden section to share your log in credentials.

Hello Ariba,

thank you very much for your help - the "Show Sub-menu Items" Button did the trick - didn't recognized that this was disabled by my site . now all works fine.
