Quickstart Pack Of FOLIUM For To Run PHP 7.X

Hello!
I am working on a PHP 7.4 server and I need a version of Quickstart Pack o Folium that I can install and work on in that PHP version.
My intention is to subsequently update Joomla to version 5.0 and its components along with the PHP version to 8.x.
Could you please provide me with a link to download a version of Joomla 4 from Folium that can be installed and work on PHP 7.4?

Accepted AnswerI have folium_quickstart_j4_v2.0.0.zip (Sep 2021) that I can share with you, becuase it's a J4 based, it should work with old PHP 7.4. But you're using it on your own risk, all clear?!

Accepted AnswerIf your server is still on PHP 7.4, install LocalHost software with PHP 8.3 on your laptop, and then install a new QuickStart on it. Don't waste your time with old versions etc. Think about website security (!) Hackers will not wait until you decide to upgrade PHP or J! next month(s).
