Administrator 403 Error

Hi, I have install luxevista_quickstart_j5_v1.0.2 www.köchles-catering.de and when I go to Administartor köchles-catering/adminisrator is the Error 403 to see.

An error has occurred.

403 You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.

The 403 error indicates that access to /administrator is being blocked by the server. This is usually due to firewall rules, ModSecurity, or IP restrictions. Please check your hosting settings or contact your hosting administrator to adjust these permissions.

  • Error 403 - In most cases, Akeeba Tools Pro or RSFirewall.

  • Error 500 (Server Error) - Problem with PHP settings or from .htaccess rules

Advice!

  1. Remove all files
  2. Install there a raw Joomla 5.4 (taken joomla.org) and test if all works, if it will, remove files, and use quickstart. If not, talk with Hosting Support.
