Easystore Collection Page Filters are Not Working

i have created same way you have instructed in below document and as shown in the image. https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/easystore/collections

but filters are not working ..

please advice

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum and notifying us about the bug. I’m also sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

The issue is on Single Collection menu item, filtering does not work. We are aware of this bug. It will be fixed in the next update.
