Import Layout In SP Blocked? > Something Wrong There

SP Page Builder 2 weeks ago

Just started first time with Joomlashaper. I installed SP Page Builder 6 on J 5.4. Helix ultimate is on. License key of SP integrated and activated.

So in Pages, whatever layout I try to import layouts or parts of Layouts >> "something wrong there". The message comes within 2 seconds.

I tried with IMPORTING whole layouts and pages / parts like contact, always same issue. I also tried with another template.

Cachee of joomla is empty. php 8.3, everything on the server with plesk on a very new standard. info.php tells me, everything is enabled, so there is no blocking from my server. Who can help?

It works now. Just to tell you why - I had a old mail adress in my profile, I think It was for testing reason years ago. So, when I bought license yesterday, I did not see this :-). So, I had to change only adress in profile > now, importing works fine :-)

Problem > In the backend, I gave my new adress and licenskey, it said, its activated. Should not, my opinion. Because the combination should have been the old mail addy and the license key - so I could not see any error. In your backand of profile, it told me actived. I hope you understand my text. Maybe should change something to make sure.
