Hello,

I installed the Allura template, updated to Joomla 5.4.0, updated both PageBuilder and EasyStore, and everything works fine except when I click on the Settings option in EasyStore.

I already cleared the cache and reinstalled the component, but the error persists.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

First, please check for any database structure issues by going to System → Maintenance → Database. If any issues are found, select EasyStore and click Update Structure.

If the issue persists, please reinstall EasyStore, then clear both your Joomla and browser cache before checking again.

My default browser is Chrome, and I even tried Brave, a browser I use as an alternative for things like this, and I get the same error:

From my end, There is no issues. Please, clear your joomla and browser cache or try from different browser.

I have tested three different browsers (Chrome, Chromium and Brave) and cleared the cache on all of them, but I still get the same error message.

Which browser did you try? Firefox?

I logged in from my colleague’s PC and didn’t encounter any issues. You can share an AnyDesk or TeamViewer link so I can check the issue directly on your PC.
