Changes In SP Page Builder Not Visible On Frontend

Hi,

I'm trying to make some changes on my website using SP Page Builder, but the updates are not showing up on the frontend. For example, I made radius edits see here https://tinyurl.com/2yvoyeqm, but they are not reflected on the page https://tinyurl.com/2yuq37xk I removed the background in the editor, but it still appears on the frontend.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Initial changes doesn't refelect on front end for your caching extension. That is why i have disabled the caching extensions. Thanks
