Federal Preset Color Not Working!

I am using the FEDERAL template and would like to use the Prest colour setting on Preset Colour 2 (orange), but it simply does not work. No other colour from the preset range works either. We urgently need help because the election campaign starts at the end of this week. Many thanks in advance.

To look into this issue more closely, could you please share temporary Super Admin access (inside the hidden content box)? I’ll check this and update you as soon as possible.

Please make sure to keep a full site backup before sharing the credentials, just to be safe.

Hi Rashida,

thank you for your help. Now the Stylesheet is Orange, yes, but no other works now. so the Customer can not choose or decide proper witch Preset suits for him.

Can we do the presets work proper, like they HAVE to do??

There are 8 predefined presets, none of which work. Why is it so difficult?

Hi Rashida, Now all of the predefined presets are completely unusable. It is not possible to select between the individual presets, and the color adjustment for preset 2, i.e., orange, is incorrect because green menu items are suddenly displayed there.

We have been paying a lot of money for years for templates that constantly cause problems. Who can I write to in order to get my money back? We are repeatedly embarrassing ourselves in front of our customers, and we can no longer accept this!

Hi Rashida, yes you can take the Backup and No, we dont using any server side caching.

I also see in the Template CSS, that there is only an Set of 2 Presets under the default preset.

So far, it seems to be working, but new problems have arisen. On phone or iPad size, which is relevant for the off-canvas menus, the three bars are not displayed.

This means that if someone logs in with a mobile device, they cannot navigate, which is obviously not good.

Hi,

I have just visited and found out your offcanvas menu is present there but it is white colored on a white background, hence not visible.

Here is the custom code you may put in your custom CSS to make it black and visible: .burger-icon>span{background-color: #000000;}
