Unable To Import Layouts

Hi

I'm running Joomla 5.4.0 with SP Page Builder Pro 6.1.2.

When I try to create a new page and use the Layout Bundles button, I'm shown all of the various layout possibilities. when I click one and choose import, I see a red pop-up message appear saying "Something wrong there."

Not a very helpful message. Everything else seems fine. So can you please give me some guidance as to where I need to go to get this situation fixed?

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue. Please make sure you have insert the correct email address and license key. Your license key is located in your dashboard. After that, you have to clear Joomla and Browser cache. Then check. You can also check this documentation below:

Yes, ive checked that already, in fact, i used the updater to move to the latest SPPBPro version, so i must already be on the full licence version.

What do you suggest next?

I have checked your issue. You gave wrong email ID and password. Please insert correct email and password, then clear your Joomla and browser cache. It will work.

Yes it has, but I was somewhat confused.

Despite the fact that the licence key had expired, I was still able to use the Joomla update process to update the SPPBPro package to the latest version. But with this expired key, I wasn't able to import any layouts. I've now updated the key to the latest version which has not expired, and everything's working as expected.
