Pages Cannot Be Changed In SP Pagebuilder

Hello,
when I try to change something in the following pages (see hidden content), it says "checked out" and "you are not permitted to edit this page because one more user is already checked-in", but we only have two users and I am the only one working in Joomla. Nobody else is checked in and all the other pages are fine to edit.
I created a temporary admin-account for you (also see hidden content).
Please checkout whoever is supposedly checkin, so I can edit pages again.

The “checked out” message you are seeing is a standard Joomla feature. Joomla automatically checks out an item when someone opens it for editing. This prevents two users from editing the same page at the same time and overwriting each other’s work.
Sometimes, if a browser tab was closed unexpectedly, the session timed out, or the editor wasn’t closed properly, Joomla may still think the item is being edited — even if no one is actually working on it.
To fix this, you can manually check in all items:
- Go to System → Maintenance → Global Check-in

- Click Check-in

This will release all locked items and allow you to edit those pages again.
