Use that Custom CSS:

#sp-logo .sp-column {display: flex; align-items: center;}
#sp-logo {width: 100%;}
#sp-header .logo {display: inline-flex; align-items: center; margin: 0 auto;}

Good morning Paul, thank you for your support.
Yes, you got it right, hamburger menu on the left and logo in the center.
I entered the CSS rules in the template's custom CSS and after clearing the browser cache and reloading, unfortunately it didn't work... I may have done something wrong, but what?
