Modal Popup And Light Box Not Working

Hi , I've just purchased PB and installed on my site. I like it very much and I think it will be brilliant but I have found a couple of problems. I cannot get the modal popup to work nor can I get the images to open in a lightbox. The site is https://www.mychem.co.uk/index.php/pb
It works when in editing mode but not in preview or on the site itself. using joomla 5.4 with a yootheme template .
please advise.

In most cases this kind of problem is caused by JavaScript problems/conflict. Kits from YooTheme has a lot's of them, they are prepared for their own scripts only.
Please make a simple test - switch to Cassiopea template (make it default for that subpage - menu item) and recheck. To be sure, I made the same test with Image addon

Accepted AnswerHi Paul, Thanks for the reply - that's fantastic - I did as you said and it worked perfectly. Thank you. So I guess the solution is to use cassiopea or similar. I'm actually planning to use the Educon template...with the SP LMS - I hope that will work OK. Thank you so much for your help. Much appreciated

As I rembeber, in most cases problems are from their widgetkit component that is loaded even if you switch template to Cassiopea. This is source of "brrr, it doesn't work"

Accepted AnswerAbout Educon - it's better to use Educon II - if I may suggest something.
Mostly becuase Educon is based on old Helix3, and Educon II on new Helix Ultimate. According to words of the Knight Templar from Indiana Jones movie "But choose wisely..."
