At this time, the Dynamic Content image field does not support an “Open in Lightbox” option, and there is no confirmed timeline for adding this feature.

As a workaround, if lightbox functionality is required, we recommend using the Gallery field instead of the Image field, as the Gallery field includes built-in lightbox support.
