Menu And Background Color For Title And Image

Hello, in the Artolio template, I can't seem to reproduce the white background of the menu bar. On my site, it becomes transparent when navigating the template from top to bottom.
And I can't find where to add a background color for the articles, under the title and the top half of the image. It's gray on your example site. Thank you for your help.

Accepted AnswerIf you want to change the header background color, you can change it from template settings. And for your 2nd question are you talking about this gray color background? In that case, you can use this CSS in your custom.css file
