Can you tell me what the mistakes were so I don't repeat them in the future?

I've just tested the forms. I only receive emails from the "Noleggio Auto" page. I don't receive any emails from the other pages I mentioned. Furthermore, the email I receive only lists the name, email, subject, and message, but doesn't include the choices for the other form fields. Why?
