Hi,

On helix version 2.2.1. I did not the test on helix 2.2.2 due to major bug not solved related to offcanvas menu not solved from your site

When I set these options to hide a position here https://prnt.sc/qGbA8Ka_Jlw6 , then does not work on frontend, position is still visible here https://prnt.sc/13X0BA4W5YhR

Why?

L.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. To check the issue from our end, please create a staging site and share its login credentials with us. Make sure you provide only the staging site details, not the live site access. This is important because if any issue occurs while we’re working, it will affect only the staging site, not the live one. We want to maintain full transparency between the user and our support team.

Note: I have checked my end and it works fine.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

Works fine when I change position name. But is it normal? I mean, why does not work when position name is search and why works when position name is other name?

Probably somehow position "search" is different coded.

I use Resposive tab very often in Helix, and with other positions names it works always good. Now we both know to use, for example, "top3" not "search" ;]
