• Fluid Row: On > Save
• Stretch Section: On (if first didn't help)

If too wide, turn it Off. Or add value to "Container Max Width"

I made changes in Section settings, in those two only:

• Spacing > Margin
• Width Options > Max Width

Check details in editor.
