We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to have the first Dynamic Filter element open by default when the page loads.

As a workaround, you may adjust the layout settings per filter. Specifically, you can set the Filter Layout of the first filter to Flat instead of Accordion prnt.sc/_1FXrS9B4qpf. This will display the filter options without requiring the accordion to be opened.
