Hello I would like to migrate my version of joomla but when I check I have a avertissement but I don't know if it's normal or not

This is normal behavior before upgrading to the latest version of Joomla. Please update all your extensions first, as this will ensure they are compatible with the latest Joomla version.

Before starting the upgrade process, we strongly recommend taking a full backup of your site.

and yes, you can ignore warings from SP Page Builder Pro if you have last version installed.
