Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, there is no built-in setting to identify which specific Contact Form block was used when multiple forms are present on the website. However, you can use a simple workaround to address this.

As a workaround, you may add a custom identifier in the email body for each form (for example, mentioning the page name or the purpose of the form). To do this more flexibly, we recommend using the Form Builder instead of the Contact Form block, as the Form Builder allows you to customize and edit the email body content.

This approach will help you clearly identify which form a submission is coming from.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Atick, thank you for your answer :)

I didn't understand if to do what you suggested, i have to build again the form or, if i can add a custom identifier even in the Contact Form Block. Could you explain how?

Thanks for support, Dave - PartnerSolution

Thank you for your follow-up.

To clarify, the native Contact Form block does not allow editing of the email body, so you cannot insert a custom identifier directly within that block. For that reason, you would need to rebuild the form using the Form Builder, which provides the ability to modify the email template and include a label or identifier to distinguish which form was submitted.
