Yes, you can do that.

You already have a two-column layout. First, move the contact form to the right column and remove the existing content from that column.

Then, in the left column, add a Heading addon (or any other addon based on your design requirements), also you can add a Text Block addon. This way you can design, and check documentation to know more about these addons.

If you are new to this, we recommend hiring a developer to customize the design based on your needs.
