BUG When Inserting Joomla Module

Hi,
I have installed DJ mega menu module (https://dj-extensions.com/dj-megamenu) Then I want to display this module from website front-ent, thanks to joomla module addon from SP page builder.
From backend, works fine => https://prnt.sc/WF_UdPsB2T7I
But from front-end, when I save, module selection is removed => https://prnt.sc/jBdjDG0c7fty
Any idea why?

Thank you for reaching out. Make sure that the Joomla default module works or not into the Page Builder. If the Joomla default module(Login, latest article, breadcrumb module etc) works fine. Then you need to contact your extension provider.

Here is the refference code hints. Please contact your extension provider. I hope they will help you.
$doc->addCustomTag
Using the browser's Inspect Element tool, view the Network and Console tabs. You will get the issue for why it's happening.

Accepted Answermodule is working, but as you can read on my first post, the different is between SPPB back and front end.
from backend, works, but not on front-end.
so the root cause seems to be located on SPPB side.
