Image does Not Open In Lightbox But In New Page.

Joomla 3.9.27 SP Page Builder 3.7.10

See https://www.laserscanning.nl. Scroll down untill you see this image: This is the first image where I enabled the lightbox functionality.

This is an image and should be displayed in a lightbox when you click on it. However, now the image is displayed in a new window. All 'Laserscanning.nl voorbeelden' on this website must be enlarged in a lightbox.

Is this a bug? Or do I need to change a setting somewhere? Concerns a live website, please respond soon.

I have used Helix Ultimate and imported my styling. Had to make some custom css changes, but now it works.

Hello Remco,

Please turn off the all the third party extensions and check again.

If the issue persists on, you can download a akeeba backup and rename the plugins from the system folder.

See hidden content for admin access.

As far as I can see I don't have any third party extensions active that can affect this. Maybe you can see what's wrong and fix this for me.

Please contact your Template provider. Cause, They have modified and added some scripts into the Helix Ultimate. I hope they will help you. Thanks

Note: Joomla default Template protostar works fine.

Hi,

I use Helix Ultimate. The only scripts i use are (via custom code fields):

  • Google Tag Manager
  • Cookiebot
  • Facebook Pixel
  • Hotjar Tracking

I have not changed or modified anything in the scripts?

I have now deleted all custom scripts, cleared the cache and refreshed the page, but the lightbox still doesn't work.
